Varnado & Laird Selected to All-Sportsmanship Team

SUWANEE, Ga. – The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) today announced its second annual Men’s and Women’s Track & Field All-Sportsmanship team. Eleven men’s and women’s track & field student-athletes were selected to the 2010 squad, including
Cameron Varnado and
Kasey Laird from Millsaps College.
The SCAC is places a special emphasis on sportsmanship each year – asking all fans of the conference to exhibit good sportsmanship at all conference functions throughout the 2009-2010 season. Read the
SCAC Presidents’ Council statement on Fan Sportsmanship.
Each coach was asked to elect one member from their team who displayed good sportsmanship throughout the season.
