MILLINGTON, Tenn. – Junior outfielder
Josh Ordeneaux and sophomore second baseman
Trey Rountree were named to the 2010 SCAC Baseball Tournament Team based on their performances over the weekend.
Ordeneaux, a native of Baton Rouge, La., went 5-for-12 from the plate for a .417 batting average in three games while recording two RBIs, three runs scored and one stolen base.
A native of Walker, La., Rountree finished the three SCAC Tournament games with a .455 batting average (5-for-11), which ranked second on the team behind
Jake Mills’ .583 average.
Rountree drove home five runs while hitting two doubles and one home run with four runs scored for a .909 slugging percentage.
In the history of the SCAC Tournament, the Majors are now 43-26 overall for a .623 winning percentage and have had a total of 37 players named to the All-Tournament Team.
