Robichaux Named All-South Atlantic Region Third Team

KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Senior midfielder Leslie Robichaux of Millsaps College was named to the NSCAA All-South Atlantic Region Third Team today, capping a stellar three-year career with the Majors in which her name is scattered in the record books.
Robichaux, the 2009 SCAC Co-Offensive Player of the Year, was named a Second Team NSCAA/Addidas All-South Atlantic Region Second Team selection in 2008 after helping the Majors to their most successful season in school history at 13-7 overall.
This season, Robichaux had a breakout year in leading the SCAC in shots (87), while ranking second in points (32, single-season record at Millsaps), third in goals (13) and fourth in assists (6). She also had five game-winners on the year, which also ranked second in the SCAC, en route to an 8-8-3 season for the Purple & White.
The Geismar, La., native finished her career third all-time at Millsaps in goals (31), fourth in shots (202) and total points (75) and sixth in assists (13).
