Millsaps Lands Two on D3football.com Team of the Week

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Following Saturday's 24-0 shutout of then No. 25 Centre College, Millsaps College placed two members of its defense on the D3football.com Team of the Week, giving them five total defensive selections this year.
Junior linebacker
Will Hawkins recorded his fourth consecutive game with double-digit tackles, picking up a game-high 10 in the shutout win. He also added a half tackle-for-loss and a 20-yard interception return that led to a Millsaps touchdown.
Junior safety
Kevin Peters picked off his conference-leading sixth pass in the second half and returned it 29 yards, and added six tackles and a breakup.
